Can I choose a flexible monthly or annual subscription?
For our cybersecurity solutions the majority of the contracts are monthly rolling subscriptions that you can cancel at any time, however for greater savings you might want to consider an annual contract. Our cyber-physical hardware solutions can be adopted in multiple ways, such as contract-hire-purchase or capital expenditure routes, we can supply multiple, reputable finance variants that match your requirements.
However, it is not common practise to lease or subscribe monthly to cyber-physical solutions - generally you will see a ROI within 12-18 months.
How do we pay for your solutions and services?
You pay the solution provider (vendor) on either a monthly or annual basis via your customer portal for cybersecurity solutions. If you select to go with our installation and managed security service then we will bill you directly on a monthly or annual basis. If you choose to take a finance option with our cyber-physical vendors then you will pay the finance company in monthly instalments and any external fees with us will be billed either separately or we can include inside your finance arrangements.
We are fully digital in automated, regular payments and use vendors that are approved with the FCA - you can read more about our vendors in our policy.
Can I switch between plans during the subscription?
If you are on a monthly rolling plan, you can switch to a different plan after the final bill date. If you are on an annual plan, arrangements can be made dependent on the vendor and service being deployed. You can switch plans with us independently at any time.
How are the plans designed with Aulter?
Cybersecurity plans and pricing are configured with regards to the size of your organisation, number of services being deployed, complexity of services being deployed and level of security operations centre (SOC) support. This is reviewed on a single basis and is tailored to meet your requirements, the prices mentioned are entry level.
Our cyber-physical solutions can require a combination of hardware installation and on-premise deployment, as well as software appraisal. These plans are unique to every customer and dependent on the solution, fleet size, and integration complexity.
